The video features real CPChem employees delivering scripted content directly into the camera, sharing personal insights and experiences related to diversity and inclusion.
To illustrate the importance of this initiative, we used the analogy of picking teams at recess, emphasizing the feelings of exclusion that can arise when individuals or businesses are left out.
This approach effectively communicates the value of inclusivity and the positive impact of embracing diverse suppliers within the company’s operations.
Our goal was to produce a video that showcases CPChem’s commitment and achievements in responsible sourcing and sustainability. We coordinated between representatives of CPChem as well as multiple suppliers at multiple locations.
We budgeted three days to film all the content needed for this video, including interviews with diverse, local suppliers, scripted content with CPChem representatives about the initiative, and b roll to support these soundbites.
The graphic package for this video included intro title graphic, lower third identification, and a call to action closing graphic with CPChem logo animation.
