As part of a launch campaign for their “Transformational Growth” initiative, CPChem worked with us to develop this concept which would be shared internally among the entire workforce in order to achieve maximum enthusiasm for the strategy.
Using our knowledge and understanding of the brand from our previous work with CPChem and in conversation about this project specifically, we drafted a script that would utilize a diversity of real employees with dynamic visuals of CPChem’s work environments.
Because of our familiarity with CPChem’s facilities and operations, we could maximize our use of people and locations while maintaining a highly efficient filming schedule and minimizing disruption to CPChem’s operations.
The high-energy music and camera movement emphasizes the energy and enthusiasm needed to build momentum and foster a shared commitment to the initiative.

Cut to Create used the talking points provided by CPChem to create a script with quick but deliberate pacing, small chunks of text that could be easily produced on site and reduced stress for our non-actor participants, and visual concepts and graphics that keep the energy high.
Premiering at their leadership conference, the film energized attendees and sparked excitement about the company’s future. Through powerful storytelling and dynamic visuals, the video effectively conveyed Chevron Phillips’ vision for growth, leaving the audience inspired and aligned with the company’s strategic direction.
