Leadership is about more than just giving orders and ensuring things get done. Chevron Phillips asked us to profile these two very different and very dynamic leaders from within their organization to exemplify what an impact dynamic leadership can have on the company as a whole and the greater communities within which they operate.
Through engaging interviews, the leaders provide insights into their leadership styles and the principles that drive effective and innovative leadership within the company.
Our goal was to provide a blueprint for various leadership qualities, as shown through the lives and personal philosophies of leaders from two varied positions within the company. We selected interviewees from distinct roles and perspectives, our goal was to illustrate multiple manifestations of dynamic leadership, emphasizing the diverse and impactful ways leadership drives progress and fosters a thriving work environment.
The video profiles Peaches, who works at a CPChem plant, and Venki, who is based at the Headquarters in The Woodlands, TX. Through engaging interviews, the leaders provided insights into their leadership styles and the principles that drive effective and innovative leadership within the company. We wanted to capture a real day-in-the-life feel of storytelling, so we filmed with our subjects both in and out of work, demonstrating that the mindset of dynamic leadership does not begin and end with the punching of the clock.
The final edited video showcases Venki’s and Peaches’s personal experiences and examples of how dynamic leadership contributes to the organization’s success, offering a compelling look at the qualities and approaches that define strong leadership in the workplace. Add in some CPChem branding, a sprinkle of color balancing and sound mixing, and you’ve got yourself a video.
