Colvill Properties wanted to entice prospective tenant representatives to rent office space in their three Galleria office towers. The video, which was sent out as a direct mailer on a screen that auto-played upon opening, needed to highlight the buildings’ nearby amenities, easy access, and recent renovations.

Drone footage, time lapse footage, and interior shots were mixed with high-end text graphics in a trendy, high-energy style intended to reflect the atmosphere of the Galleria neighborhood.
