Although they were initially identified by Chevron Phillips, we pre-interviewed our subjects before filming in order to gain a fuller perspective on their leadership style and how their guiding philosophies fit within the broader framework of their personal and professional lives. Based upon these pre-interviews, we planned an efficient day of filming with each person, allowing us to maximize the environments and circumstances we would be able to capture. Graphic text and hand-drawn composite animation was added to the visuals to help emphasize key moments and principles.
