Through interviews with students, leadership coaches, and the Institute’s director, each film explores how the Rice University’s Doerr Institute for New Leaders helps students develop the skills, confidence, and self-awareness needed to lead in the real world.
By combining thoughtful interviews, verité footage of the programs in action, and archival content from previous collaborations with the Institute, we created a cohesive video package that feels both aspirational and deeply personal.
The result is a dynamic storytelling series that showcases the energy, impact, and transformational nature of leadership development at Rice University.
