The Doerr Institute for New Leaders sought to increase participation in their programs among student athletes at Rice University.
To do so, a diverse group of athletes as well as coaches were selected to discuss their experiences with the Doerr Institute and how student athletes can benefit from leadership training both on and off the field.
Filmed on campus in just one day, this video was used in Doerr’s online marketing and also shown at live events.

In order to maximize our ability to interview a diversity of students and representatives in just one filming day, we utilized footage from our Rice b roll library to supplement b roll and interviews filmed with these participants.
