When thousands of energy professionals gather to discuss the future of the industry, the story is about more than just presentations and exhibits. It’s about the conversations, connections, and innovations that happen throughout the event.

Cut To Create partnered with the Energy Projects Conference & Expo (EPC) to produce a cinematic event highlight film documenting the 2026 conference at Houston’s George R. Brown Convention Center. Our goal was to create a promotional piece that captured the excitement, scale, and value of the event while generating content that could be used long after the conference concluded.

Our production team documented every aspect of the conference, from sweeping views of the exhibition hall and time-lapse sequences of attendee traffic to educational workshops, keynote presentations, networking events, and candid moments throughout the venue. We also conducted man-on-the-street style interviews with speakers and attendees, giving the final film authentic voices that highlight the impact of the conference.

In addition to video production, we captured and delivered a library of professionally edited event photography for ongoing marketing and promotional use.

The finished campaign included a three-minute promotional film, four social media edits, and a custom graphics package featuring branded motion graphics, text overlays, logo integration, and licensed music that matched the energy of the event.

This project demonstrates how strategic event video production can extend the life of a conference, increase future attendance, and provide organizations with high-quality marketing assets that continue delivering value long after the event ends.
