For this customer testimonial video, Lead Construction wanted to capture the construction and development of this 80,000 square foot buildout for biomedical client, Cellipont. The buildout itself was a complex project, requiring Lead Construction to foresee safety regulations and construct multiple different types of spaces within this facility. This video highlights the collaborative process of project development and the passion Lead Construction has for helping their clients deliver their services on time and under budget. Some lovely timelapse footage of the construction phase gives a sense of the scope of the building and shows the beauty of the overall transformation.
We conducted a location scout of the facility in order to strategize timelapse photography to be captured during construction.
Once construction was complete we spent one day on location filming interviews, support footage, beauty shots of the building, and drone fly-throughs for interiors and exteriors.
Throughout construction the time lapse footage was monitored and prepped to share with investors and clients to demonstrate progress throughout the build. Once construction and filming were complete, the video went through editing, finishing (including color correction and sound mixing), and graphics were added to match branding and style.
