Global commercial real estate firm Brookfield was preparing to launch a revitalization project on one of their most important downtown Houston properties, the Allen Center, and information regarding this renovation needed to be made available to a variety of audiences.
Because renovations had not yet begun on the project, we illustrated the archetectural vision using 3D renders and fly-throughs produced with the help of the agency behind the structural design.
Choreographed transitions from live footage to render show the transformation of the space in a way that makes it easy to visualize.
– Hype the renovation at a live kickoff event
– Explain the renovations and how they would affect tenants, employees, and the surrounding neighborhood in a longer-form video that would be shown at the kickoff launch, as well as online to potential investors and lessors.
– Put this together prior to groundbreaking.
We collaborated with the project’s architects to combine live footage with animated renders of the proposed renovation in order to bring the project to life.
We designed our copy into dynamic text graphics and captured vibrant footage of the surrounding amenities to paint a full picture of the completed space.
Retained major client and achieved greater buy-in among investors.
After the renovation was complete, we revisited the site to capture footage of the building and the results of the renovation.
