This fundraising video was produced by Houston video production company Cut to Create in order to highlight the educational outreach programs sponsored by the Holocaust Museum Houston. HMH offers a training program to teachers in an effort to better inform students about the effects, and perhaps more importantly the causes, of the Holocaust and other mass atrocities. Cut to Create visited three schools to record the impact that these lessons have on students and film interviews with students, teachers, and other program members. Fred and Velva Levine were absolutely instrumental in the development of the Holocaust Museum Houston. We visited the museum with Fred and Velva and spoke with some of their colleagues to learn more about the many ways they have given of themselves that have made them worthy of 2015's Guardian of the Human Spirit Award.
